選用耐電暈性能好的電磁線,以滿足電機耐高頻脈沖和局部放電的要求。一般使用聚酯亞胺/聚酰胺酰亞胺復合層漆包線,耐電暈、抗電暈電磁線。繞線、嵌線施工工藝,變頻電機在繞線、嵌線、綁扎等加工工藝必須嚴加管理,特別是在繞線、嵌線過程中防止損傷導線,嵌線過程應保證槽絕緣、相絕緣、層間絕緣放置到位。相絕緣應采用容易被絕緣漆浸透的材料,線圈端部應加強綁扎、固定,確保端部成為一個整體。在電機槽底、相間、層間及線圈首末匝等處加強絕緣,可提高電機耐電強度。主絕緣須采用無氣隙絕緣
變頻電機絕緣結構中的氣隙,是產生電暈的主要因素。為保證電機整體絕緣結構中不含空氣隙,根據國家標準GB/T21707一2008《變頻調速三相異步電動機絕緣規范》的規定,變頻調速三相異步電動機用的浸漬漆必須是不低于F級無溶劑漆,且揮發份小于10%,并采用VPI工藝。該工藝還以提高絕緣結構整體機械強度。
做好(hao)變頻器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機之(zhi)間的匹配工作,這樣做可(ke)以限制電(dian)(dian)(dian)機與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源之(zhi)間電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的長度。由(you)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)源線(xian)阻抗的不匹配,隨(sui)著變頻器到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機之(zhi)間電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)長度增加(jia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機端的過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓幅值(zhi)隨(sui)之(zhi)增加(jia),這易于引(yin)起局部(bu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。為此,應根(gen)據具(ju)體的變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)源特性和(he)實際需要,盡可(ke)能縮短其(qi)聯結電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的長度,以減小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機端的過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓幅值(zhi)和(he)局部(bu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量,延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)機壽命(ming)。
