1,電源通電無反應,各指示燈均不亮
電源在機床中開機沒有任何指示時,我們應當首先檢測輸入電壓是否正常,是否達到電源規定的輸入電壓,如果沒有輸入電壓,則應當檢查進線開關是否損壞,接線是否接牢,如果輸入電壓正常,剛首先應當將機床下電,將電源拆下,打開電源,看電源內部保險是否完好,如果有損壞,應當先排除引起保險損壞的原因,然后換上新的符合規定的保險;如果保險完好,則應檢查電源內部整流電路是否正常,550V電壓是否正常,以及PFC電路是否正常。
2,電源指示三相LED亮(紅)
如果電源通電后輸入電壓檢測LED常亮,則首先檢測輸入電壓是否有缺相,如果輸入電壓測試正常,則應著重檢測電源內部的輸入電源檢測電路是否有損壞,如果有損壞也會報故障。
3,面板上的5V指示燈亮(紅)
如果面板上5V指示燈常亮,則說明電源內部的5V電源過低或過高,則應當檢查5V電源電路。
4,面板上SPP燈常亮(紅)
面板上SPP燈常亮,則說明電源的總線(-X351)輸出電源不正常,經測試,各組電源均偏低,通過檢測,故障原因為基準、反饋電路的故障。
5,電源不能有效加使能
這類故(gu)(gu)障原因一般為電(dian)源(yuan)板的使能電(dian)路故(gu)(gu)障,如果使能電(dian)路完好,則也應(ying)當檢測功率(lv)板電(dian)路,最后還應(ying)當檢測電(dian)源(yuan)板的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)路是(shi)否(fou)正常。
