ABB調速器故障代碼處理:
故障代碼:F10,主電源過電壓。當然這個故障報警主要是由于輸出電壓過高,超過了額定電壓的120%。
故障代碼:F12,故障含義為磁場欠流。我們都知道直流電壓是需要勵磁線圈通電后產生磁場才能正常運轉的,那么欠流是怎么檢測出來的呢,這要分幾方面原因分析。如下是說明書中給出的幾個排查選項:
·如果需要弱磁先要找出在大弱磁點的小勵磁電流(通常寫在電機銘牌上)。在調試向導中設置參數Field Low Trip(4.06)=10%,小于小勵磁電流,否則在弱磁過程中會出現故障F12。也就是說這是調試的時候參數沒有設置正確。
·這也可能是緊接著主電源欠壓故障(F9/A2)出現的。讀取故障記錄,DCS400采用了新方法來監測主電源電壓。可能是額定電樞電壓與主電源電壓實際值不對應,按手冊2.2節表2.2.4修改或將參數Net UndervTrip(1.10)的值調小。這和變頻器一樣,當斷電的時候CPU工作電源是較慢斷電的,所以它以關機后會檢測到勵磁電壓下降或丟失,就會報警說勵磁電流不足。
·電機的自動調整檢測到Field CurKP(4.03)值很高,這可能導致勵磁電流振蕩,同時傳動會由于超調F13或欠調F12而跳閘。將參數Field Cur KP(4.03)值調小并且/或Field CurTI (4.04)的值調大。可以使用這兩個參數的缺省值。在些要注意的是,這與歐陸直流調速器維修還是有些不一樣的,且不說電路結構、檢測方式不一樣,就單單是對同一個故障或者現象的表達方式都不一樣,所以對這些專業術語還要多加理解才行。
F16:測速故障。測速故障來自測速機或編碼盤的速度反饋比較失敗.或模擬輸入AITAC 溢出.請檢查:
· 測速機或光碼盤的所有連接.這個意思是測速反饋裝置沒有接通。
· 光碼盤電源如果是編碼器的話是需要工作電源的。
· 變流器的連接-電樞是否開路?這是說明書中的解釋,我也不太明白為何跟電樞開路有關系。
ABB DCS系(xi)列直流調速器的故(gu)障當然遠不止這些(xie),但是常(chang)見的幾(ji)種以(yi)上都說了,如果遇到(dao)(dao)其他疑難故(gu)障,還需要多結合維修手冊和實際(ji)情況多加分析,才能手到(dao)(dao)病除。
