系統硬件故障
1.模塊故障
810D/840D系(xi)統(tong)高度集成化,一旦系(xi)統(tong)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)出現故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),一般情況下(xia),用戶是(shi)無法維(wei)修(xiu)的,西(xi)門(men)子公(gong)(gong)司也不建議用戶維(wei)修(xiu),理(li)由是(shi)用戶維(wei)修(xiu)人員(yuan)不可(ke)能(neng)熟(shu)悉(xi)內部電(dian)路的工作原(yuan)理(li),盲目維(wei)修(xiu)可(ke)能(neng)導致故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點的擴大。系(xi)統(tong)硬件出現故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)后,首先檢查有無明顯(xian)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點,通過觀(guan)察和測量能(neng)夠(gou)把(ba)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)定位(wei)到(dao)某一模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)上,在無法進行維(wei)修(xiu)的情況下(xia),只(zhi)能(neng)通過更換(huan)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)處理(li),再把(ba)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)送給西(xi)門(men)子公(gong)(gong)司處理(li)。
