西門子直流調速裝置啟動電流大;直流(liu)(liu)調速(su)器(qi)勵(li)磁控(kong)(kong)制方(fang)式由電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)控(kong)(kong)制改(gai)為電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)控(kong)(kong)制后,機器(qi)能(neng)正(zheng)常使(shi)用,然后去沒有檢(jian)測出(chu)更嚴重(zhong)的問題(ti)。我(wo)們(men)來到現場(chang)后,實測勵(li)磁電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)33安(an),額定19.9安(an),測到勵(li)磁電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)175V,將(jiang)勵(li)磁改(gai)為電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)控(kong)(kong)制后輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)23V,果斷(duan)判斷(duan)為電(dian)(dian)機勵(li)磁線圈(quan)匝間(jian)絕緣老(lao)化,需要(yao)大修。就(jiu)在(zai)報價(jia)處理過程中現場(chang)繼續(xu)強行開機工作(zuo),導致BC相(xiang)拉弧(hu),燒壞電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)、主板(ban)。該(gai)設備是將(jiang)圓形(xing)銅條(tiao)擠壓(ya)成型生產出(chu)配送(song)電(dian)(dian)使(shi)用的標準(zhun)銅排,正(zheng)常工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)約(yue)500A。
維修過程:
先將這臺先鋒(feng)Z4-280-42 型(xing)250KW直流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)拆(chai)除(chu)吊裝(zhuang)送維修廠,拆(chai)開勵磁線圈后(hou)銅線已經燒黑(hei)變形,經過(guo)三天嚴格的繞制(zhi)、成型(xing)、安裝(zhuang)、浸(jin)漆、烤(kao)干、測試、老化等工藝后(hou),順利修復,并對(dui)直流(liu)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)做軸承磨損測試、碳刷壓力調(diao)整(zheng)、整(zheng)流(liu)子車(che)平刻槽(cao)、電(dian)樞絕緣檢測、內部除(chu)塵等全面保養(yang)。
由(you)于直流調速(su)(su)器(qi)被(bei)交(jiao)流拉弧擊壞,維修(xiu)起來可(ke)就沒那(nei)么順利了(le)。先是維修(xiu)開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),主要(yao)元(yuan)件無一(yi)(yi)幸(xing)免,通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試機后(hou)(hou)(hou)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)現檢(jian)測比較器(qi)全部冒(mao)(mao)煙(yan)(yan),更換后(hou)(hou)(hou)測量+24V,+15V,-15V,+5V均已修(xiu)復,接(jie)主板(ban)(ban)后(hou)(hou)(hou)顯示(shi)屏不(bu)亮,面板(ban)(ban)指(zhi)示(shi)燈長亮,測量主板(ban)(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)正(zheng)常,CPU嚴重發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re),只好(hao)更換主板(ban)(ban)。更換主板(ban)(ban)后(hou)(hou)(hou)接(jie)通(tong)220V工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),顯示(shi)CALIBRATION FAIL校準(zhun)失敗,然后(hou)(hou)(hou)約半分鐘后(hou)(hou)(hou)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)板(ban)(ban)100歐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻冒(mao)(mao)煙(yan)(yan),正(zheng)常情況下直流調速(su)(su)器(qi)這個(ge)(ge)(ge)時候應(ying)該要(yao)顯示(shi)正(zheng)常,不(bu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)不(bu)報警的(de), 清理線路(lu)后(hou)(hou)(hou)結(jie)果(guo)如下,主板(ban)(ban)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)芯(xin)片2003輸(shu)出導通(tong)信號(hao),經過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)(ban)的(de)十(shi)二顆標記053的(de)三極(ji)(ji)管(NPN,基極(ji)(ji)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)后(hou)(hou)(hou)將集電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)對地,集電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)接(jie)的(de)是脈(mo)(mo)沖變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao),另一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)過(guo)100歐電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻接(jie)通(tong)24伏),放(fang)大導通(tong)脈(mo)(mo)沖變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),跟功(gong)放(fang)輸(shu)出繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)控(kong)制方式(shi)。可(ke)逆式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)(ban)插座排列:兩(liang)端共(gong)8個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)是+24V,中(zhong)間(jian)兩(liang)排共(gong)12個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)脈(mo)(mo)沖,不(bu)可(ke)逆小插座:右側4個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)+24V,左(zuo)側6個(ge)(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)脈(mo)(mo)沖。發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)熱(re)冒(mao)(mao)煙(yan)(yan)的(de)原(yuan)因是其中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)跟三極(ji)(ji)管短路(lu),相當開脈(mo)(mo)沖變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)初級(ji)得(de)到了(le)24V直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),所以(yi)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻會過(guo)熱(re)冒(mao)(mao)煙(yan)(yan)。

故(gu)障報警(jing)意思為(wei)電(dian)流(liu)傳感(gan)器異常(chang)(chang),但是(shi)此時三(san)個(ge)電(dian)流(liu)傳感(gan)器都已經接好,線(xian)路也沒有開(kai)路,三(san)個(ge)電(dian)流(liu)傳感(gan)器有三(san)個(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)相(xiang)連,另(ling)外三(san)個(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)送到(dao)藍色(se)主板(ban)插頭旁邊(bian)的六只(zhi)二極管形成三(san)相(xiang)橋式(shi)整流(liu),通過LM324比較檢測(ce)(ce)。更換LM324后ACCTS FAILED故(gu)障消失。開(kai)關變(bian)壓器上邊(bian)三(san)個(ge)指示燈(deng):FLD HS OT ,ARM HS OT ,PHASE LOSS,分別是(shi)勵磁(ci)超溫(wen)(wen),電(dian)樞(shu)超溫(wen)(wen),三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)平低報警(jing)。當(dang)兩(liang)個(ge)溫(wen)(wen)度燈(deng)異常(chang)(chang)點亮時測(ce)(ce)試方法:溫(wen)(wen)度線(xian)插頭外的兩(liang)顆(ke)圓形貼(tie)片電(dian)阻(zu)100歐兩(liang)端(duan)分別對地(di),1001(1K)方形貼(tie)片電(dian)阻(zu)為(wei)檢測(ce)(ce)腳(jiao),此時如果兩(liang)個(ge)溫(wen)(wen)度燈(deng)還異常(chang)(chang)亮起,說明檢測(ce)(ce)電(dian)路壞了。
