維修(xiu)起來可就沒那么(me)順(shun)利了。先是(shi)(shi)維修(xiu)開(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,主要元件無(wu)一(yi)幸免,通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)試機后發(fa)(fa)現檢(jian)測(ce)比較器(qi)(qi)(qi)全部冒(mao)煙(yan),更換后測(ce)量+24V,+15V,-15V,+5V均已修(xiu)復,接主板(ban)(ban)后顯示(shi)屏不(bu)(bu)亮,面板(ban)(ban)指示(shi)燈長亮,測(ce)量主板(ban)(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)正(zheng)常,CPU嚴重(zhong)發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re),只好(hao)更換主板(ban)(ban)。更換主板(ban)(ban)后接通(tong)220V工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,顯示(shi)CALIBRATION FAIL校(xiao)準失敗,然后約(yue)半分鐘(zhong)后觸發(fa)(fa)板(ban)(ban)100歐(ou)(ou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻冒(mao)煙(yan),正(zheng)常情況下直流(liu)調速器(qi)(qi)(qi)這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)(ge)時候應該要顯示(shi)正(zheng)常,不(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)不(bu)(bu)報警(jing)的(de), 清理線路后結果如下,主板(ban)(ban)觸發(fa)(fa)芯片2003輸(shu)出(chu)導通(tong)信號,經過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源板(ban)(ban)的(de)十二顆標記053的(de)三(san)極管(NPN,基極觸發(fa)(fa)后將(jiang)集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極對(dui)地,集(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極接的(de)是(shi)(shi)脈沖(chong)(chong)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao),另一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)通(tong)過(guo)100歐(ou)(ou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻接通(tong)24伏),放大導通(tong)脈沖(chong)(chong)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),跟功放輸(shu)出(chu)繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)控制方式(shi)。可逆(ni)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源板(ban)(ban)插(cha)座排列:兩(liang)端共(gong)8個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)是(shi)(shi)+24V,中間(jian)兩(liang)排共(gong)12個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)為(wei)觸發(fa)(fa)脈沖(chong)(chong),不(bu)(bu)可逆(ni)小插(cha)座:右側4個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)為(wei)+24V,左(zuo)側6個(ge)(ge)(ge)引(yin)(yin)腳(jiao)為(wei)脈沖(chong)(chong)。發(fa)(fa)熱(re)(re)冒(mao)煙(yan)的(de)原因是(shi)(shi)其中一(yi)跟三(san)極管短路,相當開(kai)脈沖(chong)(chong)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)初級得到了24V直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),所以限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻會(hui)過(guo)熱(re)(re)冒(mao)煙(yan)。
將三(san)極管更換后(hou)試(shi)機,顯示器(qi)(qi)報(bao)警ACCTS 故障(zhang)(ACCTS FAILED),故障(zhang)報(bao)警意思為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流傳感器(qi)(qi)異(yi)常(chang),但是此時三(san)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流傳感器(qi)(qi)都已經接好,線(xian)路也(ye)沒(mei)有開路,三(san)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流傳感器(qi)(qi)有三(san)個(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)相連,另外(wai)三(san)個(ge)(ge)引腳(jiao)送到藍(lan)色主板(ban)插頭旁邊的(de)六只二極管形成三(san)相橋式整(zheng)流,通過LM324比較(jiao)檢(jian)測。更換LM324后(hou)ACCTS FAILED故障(zhang)消(xiao)失。開關變壓器(qi)(qi)上邊三(san)個(ge)(ge)指(zhi)示燈:FLD HS OT ,ARM HS OT ,PHASE LOSS,分(fen)別(bie)是勵磁超(chao)溫(wen)(wen),電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞超(chao)溫(wen)(wen),三(san)相電(dian)(dian)(dian)平低(di)報(bao)警。當(dang)兩個(ge)(ge)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)燈異(yi)常(chang)點亮時測試(shi)方法:溫(wen)(wen)度(du)線(xian)插頭外(wai)的(de)兩顆圓形貼(tie)片電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻100歐兩端分(fen)別(bie)對地,1001(1K)方形貼(tie)片電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻為(wei)檢(jian)測腳(jiao),此時如果兩個(ge)(ge)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)燈還(huan)異(yi)常(chang)亮起(qi),說明檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)路壞了(le)。
