下面說我(wo)遇到的幾(ji)個情(qing)況(kuang),你參考一下吧。希望對你有(you)幫助(zhu)。變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)通常發生(sheng)在三個模(mo)塊(kuai)上,一是(shi)接(jie)觸器(qi)(qi)(qi),二是(shi)變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的控(kong)制面板(ban),三是(shi)給控(kong)制面板(ban)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)塊(kuai),對于(yu)變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)維修時(shi)無(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示的三種情(qing)況(kuang)應該(gai)如(ru)何(he)檢(jian)查,如(ru)何(he)處理呢?下面我(wo)們以幾(ji)則臺(tai)(tai)達變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)無(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)維修實(shi)例(li)來分析一下例(li)一:一臺(tai)(tai)臺(tai)(tai)達變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)VFD-F功率(lv)為11KW?故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)現(xian)象:通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)??故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)分析:變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)LED燈亮,說明(ming)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正(zheng)常。檢(jian)測低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)都沒(mei)有(you)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),這正(zheng)是(shi)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)不工作的現(xian)象。開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)不工作實(shi)際(ji)上就是(shi)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)管(K1317)不工作,檢(jian)測直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)沒(mei)有(you)送(song)過(guo)來。查出是(shi)連接(jie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)端與脈(mo)沖(chong)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)初級端之間降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)損(sun)壞開(kai)(kai)路(lu)。?故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)原(yuan)因:降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)老化損(sun)壞開(kai)(kai)路(lu),致使高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)未能加到脈(mo)沖(chong)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組上。開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)無(wu)法工作,整個變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)無(wu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),出現(xian)無(wu)顯(xian)(xian)示故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。?故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)處理:更換降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)。

檢(jian)查發現:上(shang)電(dian)(dian),操(cao)(cao)(cao)作面板(ban)顯示(shi)H.00,所(suo)有(you)操(cao)(cao)(cao)作全無(wu)效(xiao),CPU拒絕所(suo)有(you)操(cao)(cao)(cao)作。測(ce)量故(gu)(gu)障信號(hao)匯集處理電(dian)(dian)路U7-HC4044的(de)(de)(de)4、6腳的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)流(liu)信號(hao),皆為(wei)(wei)負(fu)電(dian)(dian)壓,而(er)正(zheng)(zheng)常時靜態應為(wei)(wei)6V正(zheng)(zheng)電(dian)(dian)壓。順電(dian)(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)路往前查找(zhao),測(ce)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信號(hao)輸入放大U12D的(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)8、14為(wei)(wei)0V,正(zheng)(zheng)常;U13D的(de)(de)(de)14腳為(wei)(wei)負(fu)8V,有(you)誤過(guo)(guo)流(liu)信號(hao)輸出。將R151焊開(kai),斷開(kai)此路過(guo)(guo)流(liu)故(gu)(gu)障信號(hao),操(cao)(cao)(cao)作面板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)所(suo)有(you)參數(shu)設置均正(zheng)(zheng)常。故(gu)(gu)障原因為(wei)(wei)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)后(hou)檢(jian)測(ce)到有(you)過(guo)(guo)流(liu)信號(hao),于是拒絕所(suo)有(you)操(cao)(cao)(cao)作,先(xian)讓變頻器(qi)歇一會兒(er),待排除(chu)異常后(hou)才能操(cao)(cao)(cao)控。從上(shang)文看來(lai),好多(duo)電(dian)(dian)路和好多(duo)方面的(de)(de)(de)原因都能使變頻器(qi)報出OC故(gu)(gu)障,但哪個(ge)電(dian)(dian)路更具有(you)優先(xian)權呢?就故(gu)(gu)障檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)路來(lai)說,故(gu)(gu)障示(shi)警有(you)沒個(ge)預警層次呢。從保護角度而(er)言,數(shu)方面的(de)(de)(de)因素只(zhi)要是危及(ji)了模塊的(de)(de)(de)安全,都會報出OC故(gu)(gu)障,
正如上文所言。但在(zai)實施中,也可(ke)以看出(chu)一些預警層次(ci)。
1、驅動IC返回的OC信號(hao)(hao)是一位的,如從J316的6腳(jiao)、PC929的11腳(jiao)、IPM模塊的OC信號(hao)(hao)檢出(chu)腳(jiao)報出(chu)的信號(hao)(hao)。因是直(zhi)接檢測模塊狀(zhuang)態的,所以只要CPU接收(shou)信號(hao)(hao),立即鎖(suo)三(san)相(xiang)觸發脈沖的輸出(chu),報出(chu)OC信號(hao)(hao);
2、由三相(xiang)輸(shu)出電流(liu)互(hu)感器報(bao)(bao)(bao)出的OC信號(hao)。此信號(hao)的報(bao)(bao)(bao)出有一個梯級過(guo)程:當有過(guo)流(liu)現(xian)象發生時(shi)(shi),對輕度過(guo)流(liu),經長延(yan)時(shi)(shi)處理和降低(di)頻率等處理后,報(bao)(bao)(bao)過(guo)電流(liu)但(dan)不(bu)會報(bao)(bao)(bao)OC。對中度過(guo)流(liu),經較短(duan)時(shi)(shi)間延(yan)時(shi)(shi)和其它(ta)處理無效后,報(bao)(bao)(bao)過(guo)電流(liu),仍不(bu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)OC。只(zhi)有出現(xian)變化劇烈(lie)且幅值(zhi)極大的電流(liu)檢(jian)測信號(hao),則不(bu)經延(yan)時(shi)(shi),直接報(bao)(bao)(bao)出OC信號(hao);
3、有些機型對過(guo)、欠壓的檢(jian)(jian)測處(chu)理也按(an)類(lei)似于電流檢(jian)(jian)測一樣的梯級(ji)報警層次:如先(xian)報過(guo)電壓,并且(qie)伴有延(yan)時(shi)處(chu)理環節。
430/440變頻器常(chang)見故障(zhang)舉例:
1.F0001過(guo)流維(wei)修(xiu)、F0002過(guo)壓維(wei)修(xiu)、F0003欠壓維(wei)修(xiu)、F0004過(guo)溫維(wei)修(xiu);
2.F0012溫度信(xin)號不(bu)正常維(wei)修;
3.F0022功率組件故障維(wei)修(xiu),代碼F0021維(wei)修(xiu)、F0024故障維(wei)修(xiu)、F054*維(wei)修(xiu);
4.模(mo)塊燒維(wei)修(xiu),電源板壞(huai)維(wei)修(xiu),模(mo)塊炸(zha)機維(wei)修(xiu),無輸出維(wei)修(xiu);
