變(bian)頻器時,客戶送修時標明電(dian)(dian)(dian)機行(xing)(xing)抖(dou)動(dong),此時第一(yi)反應是輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不平衡(heng)(heng).在(zai)檢查功(gong)率器件后發(fa)現無損(sun)壞,給(gei)變(bian)頻器通電(dian)(dian)(dian)顯示(shi)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),運行(xing)(xing)變(bian)頻器,測(ce)量三(san)相輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)確實不平衡(heng)(heng),測(ce)試(shi)六(liu)路數出(chu)(chu)(chu)波形(xing),發(fa)現W相下橋(qiao)波形(xing)不正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),依次測(ce)量該(gai)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,二(er)極管,光(guang)耦。發(fa)現提供反壓(ya)(ya)的一(yi)二(er)極管擊穿,更換(huan)后,重新上電(dian)(dian)(dian)運行(xing)(xing),三(san)相輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)平衡(heng)(heng),修復。
(2) 變頻(pin)器頻(pin)率上(shang)不(bu)去
在接修(xiu)一臺普傳220V,單相(xiang),1.5kW變頻器時(shi),客戶標(biao)明(ming)頻率(lv)上不(bu)去,只能上到20Hz,此(ci)時(shi)第一想(xiang)到的是有可能參(can)數(shu)設置不(bu)當,依次檢查(cha)參(can)數(shu),發現(xian)(xian)最(zui)高頻率(lv),上限頻率(lv)都為(wei)60Hz,可見不(bu)是參(can)數(shu)問題,又懷疑(yi)是頻率(lv)給定方式(shi)不(bu)對,后改成面板給定頻率(lv),變頻器最(zui)高可運(yun)行到60Hz,由此(ci)看來,問提出(chu)在模(mo)擬量輸入電路(lu)上,檢查(cha)此(ci)電路(lu)時(shi),發現(xian)(xian)一貼片電容損壞,更換(huan)后,變頻器正常。
(3) 變頻器(qi)跳過流
在(zai)(zai)接修(xiu)一臺臺安(an)N2系(xi)列(lie),400V,3.7kW變頻器時(shi),客戶標明在(zai)(zai)起動(dong)(dong)時(shi)顯示過電(dian)流(liu)。在(zai)(zai)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)模(mo)塊確認完(wan)好后,給變頻器通電(dian),在(zai)(zai)不帶電(dian)機的情況下,啟動(dong)(dong)一瞬間(jian)顯示OC2,首先想到的是電(dian)流(liu)檢(jian)(jian)測電(dian)路損壞,依(yi)次(ci)更(geng)換檢(jian)(jian)測電(dian)路,發現故障(zhang)依(yi)然無法(fa)消除(chu)。于是擴大檢(jian)(jian)測范(fan)圍(wei),檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)驅動(dong)(dong)電(dian)路,在(zai)(zai)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)驅動(dong)(dong)波(bo)形時(shi)發現有一路波(bo)形不正(zheng)常,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)其周邊器件,發現一貼(tie)片電(dian)容(rong)有短路,更(geng)換后,變頻器運行良好。
(4) 變頻器整流橋二次(ci)損壞(huai)
在(zai)接修一(yi)臺變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器時(shi),檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)時(shi)發現整流(liu)橋損壞(huai),無其它不良之處(chu),更(geng)換后,帶負載運行良好。不到一(yi)個月,客(ke)戶再次(ci)拿(na)來。檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)時(shi)發現整流(liu)橋再次(ci)損壞(huai),此(ci)時(shi)懷疑變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器某處(chu)絕緣(yuan)不好,單(dan)獨檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)電容,正常。單(dan)獨檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)逆變(bian)(bian)模(mo)塊,無不良癥狀,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha)各個端子(zi)與(yu)(yu)地之間也(ye)未發現絕緣(yuan)不良問題,再仔細(xi)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)(cha),發現直(zhi)流(liu)母線回(hui)路端子(zi)P-P1與(yu)(yu)N之間的塑料絕緣(yuan)端子(zi)有炭化(hua)跡象(xiang),拆開(kai)端子(zi)查(cha)(cha)看,果然(ran)發現端子(zi)碳(tan)化(hua)已(yi)相(xiang)當嚴(yan)重,從(cong)安全(quan)角(jiao)度考慮,更(geng)換損壞(huai)端子(zi),變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器恢復(fu)正常運行,正常運行已(yi)有半年多。

變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)常(chang)發生的(de)故障,通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)由于開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)元器(qi)(qi)件(jian)損壞或(huo)負(fu)載發生短(duan)路(lu)造成的(de),丹佛(fo)斯(si)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)(qi)采用了新型(xing)脈寬集成控制器(qi)(qi)uc2844來調(diao)整開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)輸出,同時uc2844還(huan)帶有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流檢測(ce),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓反饋(kui)等(deng)功(gong)能。當(dang)發生無(wu)顯示(shi),控制端子無(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,24v風扇不(bu)運轉等(deng)現象時我們(men)首先應該考慮開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)否損壞(一(yi)般為uc2844或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻損壞)。如果(guo)不(bu)能判斷是(shi)否電(dian)(dian)(dian)源故障,可以外接24v電(dian)(dian)(dian)源進行測(ce)試,測(ce)試結果(guo)一(yi)切正(zheng)常(chang)可以判定(ding)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)源故障。
檢(jian)測時(shi)發(fa)(fa)現逆變模塊損壞,更換模塊后(hou),變頻器(qi)正常(chang)(chang)運(yun)行。由于(yu)該臺機器(qi)運(yun)行環境較(jiao)差(cha),機器(qi)內部灰塵堆積嚴重,且該臺機器(qi)使用(yong)年限較(jiao)長,決定對(dui)它進行除(chu)塵及更換老化器(qi)件的維(wei)護。以提(ti)高(gao)其(qi)(qi)使用(yong)壽命(ming),器(qi)件更換后(hou),給變頻器(qi)通電(dian)(dian),上電(dian)(dian)一(yi)(yi)瞬間(jian),只(zhi)聽“砰"的一(yi)(yi)聲(sheng)響動,并(bing)伴隨(sui)飛(fei)出許(xu)多碎屑,斷開電(dian)(dian)源,發(fa)(fa)現C14電(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)炸裂(lie),此刻(ke)想到的是(shi)有可能電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)裝(zhuang)反,于(yu)是(shi)根(gen)據其(qi)(qi)標識再裝(zhuang)一(yi)(yi)次,再次上電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)又一(yi)(yi)次炸裂(lie)。于(yu)是(shi)進一(yi)(yi)步檢(jian)查其(qi)(qi)線路(lu),發(fa)(fa)現線路(lu)與電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)標識無(wu)法(fa)對(dui)上,于(yu)是(shi)將錯(cuo)就錯(cuo),把電(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)裝(zhuang)反,再次上電(dian)(dian),運(yun)行正常(chang)(chang)。這一(yi)(yi)點在后(hou)來送修的相同的機器(qi)得以證實。
