一臺數控磨床,E軸在回參(can)考點(dian)(dian)時,E軸旋(xuan)轉但沒有(you)找到(dao)參(can)考點(dian)(dian),而一直運動,直到(dao)壓(ya)到(dao)極限開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan),NC系統顯示(shi)報警“EAXIS AT MAX.TRAVEL"。根據故障現(xian)象分(fen)析,可能是零點(dian)(dian)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)有(you)問題,經(jing)確認(ren)為無觸點(dian)(dian)零點(dian)(dian)開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)損(sun)壞,更換新的開(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan),故障消除(chu)。
例(li)四、一臺專用的數(shu)控銑床(chuang),在(zai)零件批量加(jia)工過程中(zhong)發(fa)生故障(zhang),每(mei)次都(dou)發(fa)生在(zai)零件已加(jia)工完畢,Z軸(zhou)后移還(huan)沒到位,這時出現(xian)(xian)故障(zhang),加(jia)工程序(xu)中(zhong)斷(duan),主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)停(ting)(ting)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),并(bing)顯示(shi)F97號報(bao)警“SPINDLESPEED NOT OK STATION 2",指示(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)有問題(ti),檢查主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)系(xi)統并(bing)無問題(ti),其它(ta)問題(ti)也可(ke)導(dao)致(zhi)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)停(ting)(ting)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),于是我們用機(ji)外編程器監視PLC梯圖(tu)的運行狀(zhuang)態,發(fa)現(xian)(xian)刀具(ju)液(ye)壓卡緊壓力(li)檢測開關 F21.1,在(zai)出現(xian)(xian)故障(zhang)時,瞬(shun)間(jian)斷(duan)開,它(ta)的斷(duan)開表示(shi)銑刀卡緊力(li)不夠,為(wei)安全起(qi)見,PLC使(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)軸(zhou)停(ting)(ting)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。經檢查發(fa)現(xian)(xian)液(ye)壓壓力(li)不穩,調(diao)整液(ye)壓系(xi)統,使(shi)之穩定,故障(zhang)被排除(chu)。
